Unprecedented Versatility with CEREC Crowns

If you have a tooth that is damaged or decayed, you might be looking for treatment options. There are plenty of choices available, and one of the best options is CEREC crowns. We are Advanced Dental Practices and are proud to serve the area of Wrentham, Massachusetts. With unprecedented versatility, it is easy to see why so many people have relied on CEREC crowns. What are a few of the benefits that you need to know?

Save Time

One of the most significant benefits of working with a dentist for CEREC crowns is that you can save time. In the past, you would have had to come to the office, get an impression done, wait a few weeks, and then return for the final crown. Now, that is no longer the case.

Instead, with CEREC crowns, we can make your crown in a single visit. That means you don’t have to worry about driving to our office multiple times, and you don’t have to worry about taking extra time off of work or school. If you want to save as much time as possible, our CEREC crowns could be suitable for you.

Digital Impressions

Another benefit of CEREC crowns is that we use digital impressions to make your crown. We understand that a lot of people do not like the feeling of putty in the mouth, which might trigger your gag reflex. We know it can be uncomfortable, and that is why we have invested in the latest technology. We can keep you more comfortable in the office by taking digital impressions. You don’t have to worry about traditional dental impressions if you are interested in CEREC crowns from our office.

Better Results

Finally, CEREC crowns will simply provide you with better results. After we are done taking an impression of your teeth, we will use CAD and CAM technology to start designing your dental crown. You can even watch us put together the crown that will protect your tooth.

After we are satisfied with the design, we will send the information to our in-house milling machine. The machine will sculpt your tooth from tooth-colored dental porcelain color matched to your natural teeth. That means the crown will easily blend in with the rest of your teeth. It will be difficult to tell the crown from your natural tooth, providing you with much better results.
